Premier Southeastern Pennsylvania custom home builder Rotelle Studio(e) is celebrating 35 years of crafting dream homes with a special Holiday Open House on December 17, from 3 to 5 p.m. The celebration will take place in the company’s new 3,300-square-foot design home offering homebuyers, and the community a look at the innovative craftsmanship and design expertise that has defined Rotelle for more than three decades.
Founded in 1989, Rotelle Studio(e) and parent company Rotelle Development Company, has grown from humble beginnings to become a trusted name in custom home construction, known for its commitment to personalized design and buyer-focused, full-service approach. Over the past three and a half decades, the company has completed homes in the thousands, transforming dreams into reality for families throughout the region.
The event, open to the public, promises an afternoon of festive cheer, refreshments, and a look back at the company’s legacy of quality and innovation, and will feature:
- Exclusive Home Tours: Guests can explore the new design home, which blends modern elegance and functionality with innovative design trends and color palettes.
- Seasonal Festivities: Attendees will enjoy holiday treats, refreshments, and festive décor.
- Special Anniversary Presentation: A brief program will honor Rotelle’s journey, its dedicated team, and the clients and partners who have made its success possible.

Rotelle will be offering realtor-bonus opportunities as well as buyer incentives. Any new buyer who signs with Rotelle over the course of their anniversary year (Dec 17, 2024 – Dec 31, 2025) will be eligible to receive a surprise incentive with contract signing.
