On Saturday, Feb. 29, premier eastern Pennsylvania custom home builder Rotelle Studio(e) will open the doors to the public of its first new model home of 2020: The Augusta Custom Farmhouse in Glenmoore, East Nantmeal Township, Chester County – a stone’s throw from Ludwigs Corner and PA Route 100.

The Augusta – a two-story floorplan with four bedrooms, three full baths and one half bath, and loft, showcases all of the assurance that Rotelle custom homes present to prospective homebuyers – affordable luxury and design. Professionally decorated by Rotelle chief designer Renée Pratt, the new model home is a celebration of modern comfort with soft palettes of greys and jewel tones, blended with bold pops of color throughout. “Starting at 2,700 square feet, our Augusta home is one of our most popular models,” said Pratt. “With a first-floor master suite it’s an oversized Cape Cod. Pratt designed this new Augusta Custom Farmhouse model, which sits on 2.2-acres, to appeal to the frequent requests Rotelle receives for multigenerational homes. “We started with the first-floor master suite and upstairs we created a second master suite with two additional bedrooms.”

The full first-floor master suite boasts a luxurious spa-like bathroom, and the oversized kitchen features quartz countertops, a tile backsplash feature wall, and a large central island, as well as high-end appliances. The coffered ceiling in the large family room adds character and depth to the modern farmhouse feel of the home.

Grand Opening Event

The Grand Opening of Rotelle Studio(e)’s Augusta Custom Farmhouse model on Feb. 29, will include tours by Rotelle home experts, Anthony O’Brien and Kristi DeChristopher, door prizes, as well as light refreshments. Visitors and prospective homebuyers will also have an opportunity to learn about Studio(e)’s all-inclusive custom home building process from the ground up, from design to build and everything in between.

Attendees and prospective homebuyers who attend the Feb. 29 Grand Opening will qualify for options and incentives of up to $15k, and can see Rotelle home experts for details and rules.
