First Floor Master Tour at The Reserve at Bally Springs
August 4 & 5, 2018
12-5 pm

Today’s homebuyers are increasingly looking for first floor master suites most commonly found in ranch and Cape Cod-style homes. On August 4th and 5th, Rotelle Development Company will showcase this layout at four model homes on view at The Reserve at Bally Springs Model Home Open House in Barto, Pa.

A Home Expert from Rotelle Development Company will be on hand each day from noon to 5:00 p.m. for the event that will include refreshments, tours of the four model home styles, and the opportunity for buyers to take advantage of a variety of limited time Open House builder incentives.

Just minutes from Route 100 in the award-winning Boyertown Area School District, each Bally Springs home will be situated on picturesque one-half to three-acre building lots with breathtaking mountain views and tree lines, and a grand on-site recreational area complete with a large playground, basketball and tennis courts.

“The Reserve at Bally Springs is the Boyertown Schools most affordable single-family home community,” said company president Peter Rotelle. “We have the custom home styles, layouts and affordability that can’t be matched in this area and we can put buyers in their new home five to six months from the time a contract is signed.”

Featured in the Open House tour will be the 1600 sf Middlebury ranch-style home with three bedrooms, two baths, an open great room/kitchen/dining room floor plan, a large basement and two-car garage. According to Cyndi Yaeckel, Bally Springs’ Home Expert, this layout, priced at just under $300,000, is very hard to find and highly desirable.

The Alta ranch-style model home, priced at $340,000, is slightly larger at 1900 sf and includes three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, an open layout with a separate dining room that can also serve as a private study, a full basement with 500 sf of finished space, and a two-car garage.

The final first floor master suite ranch-style home, the Scottsdale, sells for $375,000 and includes all the features of the Alta model but with 2300 sf of spacious living.

For homebuyers looking for a Cape Cod-style, Rotelle offers the Augusta, a 2600 sf first floor master suite layout selling for $390,000 and featuring three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a two-story foyer and family room, a separate dining room, large kitchen and mud room, the full basement with 500 sf. of finished space, and a two-car garage.

Interested home buyers can meet at the Model Home Sales Office at the intersection of County Line Road and Avalon Circle. Please call Cyndi Yaeckel, Home Expert, for more information or to set-up a personal appointment at 215-272-4122.

The Reserve at Bally Springs is open Friday through Tuesday from noon to 4:00 pm; closed Wednesday and Thursday. Take Gehringer Road to County Line Road in Barto, PA 19504.

“Trading Spaces” Ty Pennington joins premier eastern Pennsylvania custom home builder’s He vs. She Shed Shindig

SOUTH COVENTRY, Pa. – July 19, 2018 – This summer, the sexes duke it out in the backyard in the ultimate battle of the sheds. Rotelle Studio(e) has enlisted Ty Pennington of “Trading Spaces” and “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” fame to help go head to head with the premier eastern Pennsylvania custom home builder’s all-female design team in the first-ever He vs. She Shed Shindig. The design contest will culminate in a reveal during Rotelle’s second annual Studio(e) Dream BIG Custom Home Event on Saturday, Sept. 15, 2018.

Inspired by the growing popularity of tiny houses and the reimagined shed as the new backyard getaway, Rotelle Studio(e)’s He vs. She Shed Shindig pits the men against the women in turning the traditional garden storage shed into a creative outdoor living space uniquely his and hers. Attendees of the Studio(e) Dream Big Custom Home Event will vote for the winning shed, with one of the sheds to be raffled off to registered voters and the other to be auctioned off with proceeds to benefit the services of Ashley Addiction Treatment in Havre de Grace, MD.

Two teams of three men and three women will use repurposed and reclaimed materials – wood, antiques, textiles, industrial and farming equipment, etc. – to design and furnish the 12-by-14-foot sheds. Ty Pennington’s design hand will help equalize the men’s team, which includes Studio(e) Owner and President Peter Rotelle and Senior Project Manager, Ken Zimmerman against the custom home builder’s female team, including Chief Architect, Heather Ryan, Chief Designer Renée Pratt, and Design Consultant, Emily Wisler.

Over the course of the summer, progress of the shed battle will be followed on Studio(e)’s Facebook Page. For more information, visit www.rotelle.com.
