Job Summary:
The right candidate will have experience in all aspects of residential home construction, with the responsibility to oversee homes under construction. Job candidate will schedule and oversee subcontractors in the field. This position will require hands on work, along with in-depth construction knowledge. This individual will be able to meet with building inspectors and homeowners.
Possession of a high school diploma is the minimum education requirement. Experience in construction bidding and budgeting is a plus. Candidates must pass a background screening, drug test and have a valid driver’s license. This position is full time, year round with competitive salary, along with comprehensive health benefits. Should be local to the Tri County Area/Southeastern Pa area.

Qualifications

- Construction experience (minimum 1yr).
- Valid driver’s license a must.
