Peter Rotelle, Owner/CEO

Peter Rotelle loves what he does, and it shows. He’s passionate about building not just homes, but lasting relationships with clients, partners, and his team. Always looking for the win-win, Peter believes a strong, positive company culture is the key to success. His steady leadership and dedication have kept his team together for decades, while his industry insight is often sought on nonprofit boards and expert panels.

Anthony Holowsko, COO

Anthony joined Rotelle in 1997, advancing from sales to COO by 2004, overseeing sales, service and production operations.

Paul Farnsworth, CFO

Paul, who joined Rotelle in 2004, leads the financial direction of the Company. A CPA, Paul was honored as CFO of the year from the Philadelphia Business Journal in 2017.

Ken Zimmerman, Senior Project Manager

Ken joined Rotelle in 1992 and now oversees 30-50 building projects as Senior Project Manager, with expertise in construction management.
