Residential Construction Finisher / Punchout

We’re looking for a detail‑driven, hard‑working Finisher/Punchout team member to help ensure every home we deliver is flawless. If you take pride in precision and want to grow with a local, family‑owned homebuilder, this could be the perfect fit.

✔ What you’ll do:
• Paint touch‑ups
• Drywall repairs
• Basic trim work
• Final punchout tasks to ensure homes are delivered without flaw
• Collaborate with subcontractors, teammates, and homeowners

✔ What we’re looking for:
• 1+ year construction experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with basic construction tools
• Organized, dependable, and a good communicator
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift ~30 lbs
